If you're anything like me, you're probably not a astronomical fan of the 'Old School' network marketing methods. I spent a satisfactory few years using these methods, you know the ones:
1. net a dream (that's easy)
2. fabricate a list of your 'warm' contacts... friends, family, colleagues etc
3. Grab the phone and go through the script... the one that says "Hey Joe, I unprejudiced took a see at a very moving business and I believe you'll like it too..."
4. glean yourself round to Joe's house with your professional suit on, your briefcase packed tubby of literature, compensation plans, follow up materials etc
5. fetch help to Joe's house a few days later to follow up
and so on... I'm distinct you know the story
Is there something harmful with these methods? Well, in truth, no, there's nothing outrageous with this at all. I, however, have positive issues with this, and they are: it is honest not very easily duplicateable, it's no secret that in order to be successful using these methods, you are going to have to talk to a lot of people to get your leaders, you know we are looking for leaders accurate? Network Marketing requires that we gain leaders or a team that we can work with.
